 nization or collaboration. Established services receive priority\; new wor
 k needs strong school support and a viable way to continue. Indirect costs
  are capped at 10%.\n\nMore: The eligible-entity list includes active US 5
 01(c)(3) charities\, accredited schools\, public agencies and federally re
