  The work must improve sequencing methods for public-health use. Individua
 ls and organizations treated as individuals for US tax purposes are inelig
 ible. Only one lead application per investigator. Apply the funder’s acc
 ess rules and exclude proprietary information.\n\nMore: The funder require
 s outputs to be accessible to intended beneficiaries. Partnerships are enc
 ouraged\, not mandatory. Grant ceilings include permitted indirect costs. 
 The main call asks for an 18-month work plan and first evidence within 12 
 months\, while award terms allow up to 24 or 36 months by tier\; clarify t
 he planned milestones. No requirement for a particular degree is published
 \, but the lead must have relevant expertise and organizational support. T
